F. Craig Morris

Director of Global Real Estate

F. Craig Morris is Director of Global Real Estate for Pentavirate. In this capacity, Craig works with the acquisitions and operations teams to devise a value-add strategy for each individual asset in order to deliver optimal dividend income and capital growth. Over the course of his career, Craig has transitioned, managed and worked on over 300 national and global corporate and institutional portfolio accounts. Craig was previously Executive Vice President, Global Client Solutions, for Cushman & Wakefield where his responsibilities encompassed 600M SF under management and 7,000 employees. Before this, he was President of the Corporate Services Group at Grubb & Ellis where he directed all corporate outsourcing relationships and international partnerships and was part of the executive management team.

Suria El-Bietar

Director of Risk Management

Director of Risk Management at Pentavirate. In this capacity, Suria is responsible for strategically identifying and quantifying the risks for the firm's investment initiatives, their deployment and the individual assets under management. Suria qualifies acquisition targets including financial due diligence for assets and devises the long term portfolio strategy for Pentavirate global funds. As a specialist in scaling and operating international portfolios, Suria has experiences in working with Fortune 500 companies throughout her career to manage their real estate expansion.

Mike Randall

Director of Real Estate Investments

Mike Randall has over forty years of real estate investment experience, representing buyers and sellers in over 35 million square feet of transactions worth $2.5 Billion. Prior to opening his own firm in 2010, Randall Realty Advisors, he spent twenty-seven years at the Institutional Investment Group of Grubb & Ellis Company in Southern California, where he ultimately held the position of Co-Chairman. He has represented some of the West Coast’s largest property owners in the acquisition and disposition of their major investment properties, including Bank of America, Citibank, CalSTRS, CalPERS, Samsung, Shin Yen Investments, Heitman Properties, and UBS Realty Investors. Mike holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) as well as past or present professional affiliations with NAIOP, ICSC, and ULI. He has been a guest speaker on the state of the real estate investment market at conferences nationwide since 1985.

Danish Chotani

Danish Chatoni is CEO and founder of Burj Financial. His experience within the financial industry spans across managing funds, raising of capital, structuring corporate finance and investment banking transactions both in the conventional and in the innovative space.

Danish brings decades of experience in the investment management space. Having headed investment management division for one of the region’s largest private endowments for over a decade, followed by another decade spent in senior management positions in private banking for one of Europe’s largest private banks, Danish brings a unique combination of product knowledge and connectivity with some of the region’s wealthiest offices. Danish holds degrees in Economics and Journalism, including a Level 3—Investment Management Certificate and a Chartered Financial Analyst—Level 1, and is a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals.

Benjamin Weagraff

Ben Weagraff is the Marketing Lead for Pentavirate. He has been a Management Consultant for over two decades, spending most of his time focusing on commercialization for large multinationals.

Ben was also the Chief Operating Of-ficer of Housing Diversity Corporation, where he oversaw the internal operations throughout the development pipeline from site selection through lease up. Ben built a custom software application to track the project from the construction angle, the investment angle, and the regulatory angle.

Hanar Al Balooshi

Global Media Advisor

Hanar Al Balooshi is the Global Media Advisor for Pentavirate. In this capacity, Hanar works with Pentavirate’s branding agency to ensure effective messaging to the worldwide investment market. Over the course of her career, Hanar has advised, managed and led over 30 client engagements in both the public and private sectors, across various industries, including real estate, media, telecommunications, aviation, FMCG, automotive, financial, government, defense, entertainment, and technology.

Hanar was previously Founding Partner, Strategic Planning Director of FROM6 Communications, and has held senior positions at J.Walter Thompson and Unisono Brand Consultants. She is a graduate of the University of Lugano (Università della Svizzera italiana) where she earned a Master of Science in Economics and Communications. She also attended Franklin University in Switzerland where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International Communications.

Paul Sonier is the CTO of MetroEdge, a leading data center operating company focused on building a national grid of state-of-the-art, high-performance, micro data center computing facilities in traditionally underserved urban/metro areas. MetroEdge's high performance Edge Computing mesh network of micro data centers addresses the low-latency data transmission needs for the autonomous vehicle industry, IoT, and local Fortune 1000 businesses, while leveraging investment in QOZ’s (qualified opportunity zone’s). Previously, Paul was the CTO of Dragonchain, an enterprise blockchain company created from an open-source project which he helped to create while he was at The Walt Disney Company. At Dragonchain, Paul guided the change of the Dragonchain platform from an open-source blockchain to an enterprise-focused blockchain solution.

Paul is also named as a co-inventor of a fundamental blockchain networking patent filed by Dragonchain. During his tenure at Disney, Paul was responsible for the architecture, design, development, and deployment of critical functionality for multiple core business lines, including Disney Vacation Club and PhotoPass. Prior to Disney, Paul had 20 years of professional software development experience in a wide variety of environments. Paul holds a degree in Cognitive Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
